Drew Sifflard, Owner of The Fort NH
Why The Fort is different

Four reasons no other Manchester gym can copy.

Build a real book. A roster that fills your week.

The building is built for it. Personal training, semi-private slots, large group classes that fill. The audience walks in already wanting what you sell. Do the work, the schedule follows.

Grow with a team that has your back.

Coaches and trainers who already built what you're trying to build. Programming, pricing, client conversations, schedule strategy. We'll support you in your growth and success.

Build with a brand that's already known and trusted.

A decade-plus of credibility in Manchester. Members who refer friends. A door that swings open on its own most mornings. When you tell a prospect you coach at The Fort, they already know what that means — you're stacking your name on one that already works.

One building. Five lanes to grow.

Personal training. Semi-private. Large group. Indoor cycling. Physical therapy support. Start in the lane that fits today, stack on the others as you're ready. You don't outgrow the work here — you grow into more of it.

Open roles

Four cards. Two coaches, two instructors.

Pick the lane that fits where you are now. The room to grow into the others is here when you’re ready.

What we look for

The certifications matter. The conversations matter more.

You got into coaching for the work itself — the programming, the people, the long arc of watching someone come back to themselves. The certs are table stakes. The instinct to read the person on the platform — not just the program on the clipboard — is the part we hire for.

“How you talk to a 55-year-old who’s nervous to start matters more than which letters are on your certification.”
  • You notice the new face on day one. The member who walked in nervous doesn't stay nervous after their first session with you — and you'd find that more rewarding than coaching the strongest body in the room.
  • You program for the person, not the protocol. The session you wrote on the drive in changes the moment they tell you their back's been off this week — and that's the part you actually like.
  • You'd rather have a DPT three doors down than wing it. When a member's pain doesn't feel programmable, you'd rather hand them to Molly than push through — and you'd grow faster sharing a floor with coaches who've already built what you're building.

Drew Sifflard, Owner and Head Coach at The Fort
Owner & Head Coach · Operates the Floor

Drew Sifflard

I worked here for 7 years before I bought it. Now I'm building the team I'd want to coach on.

CSCS, M.S. Kinesiology from St. Anselm. Drew coached at Fortitude for 7 years before he and Molly bought it in 2022 — and built it into The Fort NH. He's on the floor every day: programming, members, and the day-to-day of running the place. Married to Molly. Two young kids.

What you’d getThe head coach who actually runs the floor. Drew programs alongside you and mentors you through your first year — the coaching side and the business side.
Dr. Molly Sifflard, DPT and Owner of Performance Therapy at The Fort
Doctor of Physical Therapy · Performance Therapy

Dr. Molly Sifflard

When a member's pain isn't programmable, you don't have to guess. You refer.

DPT with 7+ years of clinical experience. Molly runs Performance Therapy — her own clinical practice inside The Fort. Drew's wife and business partner of more than a decade. Two young kids.

What you’d getA DPT on the same campus you can refer a member to when their pain isn't programmable — a clinical resource most gyms simply don't have.
Terri Dizillo, Owner of FortCycle at The Fort
Owner · FortCycle

Terri Dizillo

Built FortCycle into a community of riders who show up 3-4x a week.

Owner of FortCycle, the indoor cycling brand inside The Fort. Built the program into a packed studio where riders book the same instructor week after week. Focused entirely on cycling — she hires, mentors, and runs the FortCycle team.

What you’d getIf you're applying for FortCycle, Terri is the one who'd hire you, coach you through your first dozen classes, and mentor you through your cycling cert.
